Dylan has been a personal trainer since 2016. His passion for fitness began as he competed in various sports growing up. After suffering a few serious injuries, he gained a new respect for the corrective exercise, functional training and rehabilitation aspects of fitness. Dylan is determined to teach his clients the fundamentals of weight training, functionality of the human body and how to implement a healthy lifestyle by adopting positive food choices.
